Obviously, you are ignorant of the long process and don't even know how strict UK Govt view each application.
Certainly, UK Foreign Dept in Singapore welcomes any feedbacks.

Suggest you go outside British Embassy in Singapore and kpkb
It's much Cheaper to walk there.
