This is such a tragic incident. No parent should ever lose a young child under such circumstances. This accident was preventable as the helper should have held onto both children. How can a 4-year-old girl be allowed to walk ahead of the caregiver when there are roads that need to be crossed?

aiyah.......if the child is a poor 100% Sinkie kid............judge will scold the parents instead lah...........
