to be 24hrs on standby without additional benefit
expect you to work
6 days a week
10 hrs minimum a day
7 days of leave
leave applied does not mean approved
on leave need to be 24 hrs contactable
14 days of unpaid mc
need to work as and when needed even on mc
cellphone 24hrs standby not claimable
etc etc etc etc....
your lifespan definitely shortened while working in an sme
your wellbeing 1st to go haywire
