Maybe ish use teh chance to get rid of all the incompetent LQBTQ+ and minority type. As got rumor that boeing had been so woke that they strictly follow DEI promotion and recruitment policies dip dip for past decade, so they had been promoting\hiring mianly LQBTQ+ and minority rather than on job qualification and competency.
But then it seem many MNC here ish also planning major "restructuring" next year, so sinkie better be prepared too.
