This one has some riskier reits.
The  one that is top 20 reits in Asia js Niko STC yield is now back up at 6%.

When buying reits have to have realistis expectations  the return is limited.

all reits are no gd choices to invest now as next yr rate cut is 2x not 4 x 
n may increase rate when inflation come back again after trump increase tariffs on nearly all countries
