Because Govt want them to pay CPF , EPIC is not the boss pay. Boss put these extra cost on consumer , thus consumer need to pay additional for their new price hike coming next year Jan.

can expect some reduction in demand, and so the number of service provider will also reduce and end up is higher income for service provider.
changes will take time. the release man power need government effort to redirect into other area. many are wrong employ not in their core competencies. time to act as opportunities appear.
