You are the Mercy from the cook. If you employ a good cook for your hawker stall. Your competitor will give more pay to hire him snatch this cook from you.End up you either pay even more or suck thumb hire another cook but good or not again need to search for it and surely need to pay more.
This is why Always better you learn cook , impart the skill from those old hawker if they willing to teach you or even you pay them. Is always better you know how to cook yourself as Hawker.
This is different from Hotel , they have lots of funds and they literally hire a lot cook. Come the Chief Chef they also no fear to hire another good old if one wanna leave due to higher pay given by another hotel. As they got the funds to hire another good chief chef. Or promote one to become Chief Chef it they perform good.
