Yes, no doubt. Till date, he still has no idea why he kept on losing a GRC. His focus should be to tell locals to integrate, not tell us to integrate with CECA all the time.
Above all, there was never a Parliament Session on why Open Floodgate Agreement was signed. There was never any concensus from us.
