SHANGHAI (Reuters) - Chinese social e-commerce app Xiaohongshu said it has raised a new round of financing from existing shareholders who increased their stakes in the firm, which a source familiar with the matter said valued the company as much as $20 billion. The source said Xiaohongshu, whose name translates to "little red book" in Chinese, raised $500 million in the round from investors including Singapore state investor Temasek Holdings, Tencent Holdings, Alibaba Group, Genesis Capital and Tiantu Capital.

Global Time last year reported DST Global added US$17billion to 小红书..
That is x34 times of what Temasek invested in 2021.
Incidentally, Tik Tok CEO Chew once worked for DST before he moved to Xiaomi as CFO.
Me now think not only small time investors need to follow the $, but also take note of who leads the coy...

make money also no use. the pay too high inside. so much of return kena use to pay out as operating cost.
need to reorg and lower cost.
if us treasury is paying 4.25% + then return must be much higher. lower means the people inside are negative return.
