They can learn very quickly and make improvements to sell cheaper in the market but they are not as good at inventions, not because they are not smart but because of their education and culture. Singapore has been a neutral country for years and they absorbed all the talents from the US, Europe, and Asian countries including China and India. With the Government's Singapore Enterprise and EDB's help, it can be a good "cooking pot" for AI startups to flourish. The future would be bright for Singapore for AI startups. https://builtinsingapore.com/articles/ai-companies-in-singapore RE: Singapore’s AI Startups - aiptasia - 31-01-2025 (31-01-2025, 05:39 PM)teaserteam Wrote: Asians are always good at innovation. On the contrary, Singapore is not conduicive to tech startups especially something as cutting edge as AI. There are no good engineers nor math wizards in Singapore as everyone wants to be a rent seeker or property flipper. The best math talent are in China and in the US. Case closed. There are no local engineers and scientists unlike China and the US. Better stick to banking and property flipping. Most of the other researchers cannot make it. |
