so far i see breadtalk n toast box are the 2 most successful f&b
when taost box opens an oulet in IMM
immediately ah koon busib=ness dropped >75% no more packed like b4,always hv empty setas

the funny thing is toast box is SUPER SUPER EXPENSIVE
laksa is ard10 sgd so as prawn mees n other types of noodles
yet no shortages of customers

Too many F&B around
So even if 10% shuts down more than new opening every year
there are still many around
