Parktown easy to rent out. Near airport, sudt, temasek poly, cgh, ... itself is an integrated development so hv own malls. Nearby got eco park, century sq, tampines mall, tampines hub, library....

Like that Orie better rah , got raffles schools around also CHIJ . No need car also ok since nearby MRT got also buses a lot.
