Here is another for people with work or have a job is Silver Support (SS) Scheme for workers age between 45 to 54 of years old, it mean before 55 years old (this is for Singaporean who CPF contribution up to $140,000 and/or workers average annual net trade income up to $27,600 (Nota: this is a 1/4 year cash to help lower workers.) I think it can help abit too. Clapping Clapping

I think salary is not above $1,800 for Silver Support Scheme lehh.

Going for many interviews and getting rejected? There are surely reasons and there is nothing to politicise this. I have seen enough CVs and candidates in my career. Employers know what they are looking for on paper and can more or less conclude in the first 5 minutes of an interview.

mom should set up job help center to send those who need help directly to potential employer who is asking for foreign work passes. no need to keep increasing cost as those result in high inflation.

then have mom people to follow up with the employer on why the candidates cannot be employed. those employers who play monkey tricks will end. not the direct employers but the foreign employee who is doing the interview. tendency is they try to keep position for their villagers. no know what benefits flow below the table.

job hunting is not just people who need jobs responsibility cause you allow foreigners to come compete so must re balance the ground in favour of local.
