The area enclosed by somerset, dhoby ghuat, fort canning and great world city and nearby areas hv excellent fs, 风水宝地。
This building is just nearby. The family bought it must be for this reason

They already said is for family office loh. Maybe there are plans to acquire the neighbouring properties aso and merge into a bigger plot, then the value jumps immediately from 2k to 3k psf

is it, I feel there is one landed house also. Appear in News before. The owner claim his landed house suddenly got " spring water " outside , so he build a fountain for this nature spring water. Heard he claim he will not sell his landed house due to this.
