Any mistake ? Cleaner salary need increased ; cleaning mat's upgrade to mechanised vehicles and chemicals liquids too! Need Ann poly is very latge place with many canteens and toilets too!

Why not 1.5 year or maybe up to two (2) years lehh?. Some workers work-pass is for two years...lehh.

i never check but likely is 1-2yr contract. After deduct manpower and cleaning stuff... the margin usually thin... but bearable.

Do you see clearly is JUST ONE Canteen aka Food Court (Makan Place).
Yes Polytechnic have few foods court inside. But this tender for cleaning service FYI is NOT for entire school JUST Only ONE Food court
So I curious since you mention Ngee Ann Poly is big, i go check which is the Biggest polytechnic in fact is not Ngee Ann Poly is Singapore Poly. They are the Biggest Poly among all 5 polys. the Smallest is RP.

Actually is quite interesting to check various Govt, Stat boards tender , see how much they pay in Gebiz.
Yes some private companies wanna get tender, contract will browse at Gebiz etc other Govt sites for tender but end of the day " there is pro and con "
pro , payment surely is there but how fast can get is another story due to paper work etc
con , ANY thing happen most of the day Sub Con get it and will get " LD " means fine by their civil servants and EPIC should be civil servants have to responsible partly , for what I know those have Govt tender doing the maintenance etc the sub con workers will take photo so call " job done send to the Civil servant officer " whereas these civil servants just like " Highly pay CSO , they received feedbacks from end use just take photo and send to sub con tell them go fix and check.
