Hv heard the whole video. My conclusion is that, this pappy are depicting more of themselves. Skin is rather thick. When a person thinks of his high pay, he wil never be shameful to say anything.

low mun wai cannot expect to get govt data to make the govt look bad.
the govt has an army of people to collect data and make the data look good.
even if the data look bad, the govt has an army of people to offer explanations.
if the data is really bad, the govt will give excuse not to give the data.
instead of collecting data, low mun wai must look for real people who have problems or fall through the crack and ask the govt for help.
he must look for thousands of people who need help but cannot get help from the govt.
