Wow... This is not new.
I am not sure if it is a South Asian Culture to "exchange" their cheaper belonging for another more expensive one while on the job.
I have heard of similar practice in my work place before.

next time a lot such case cause pap allow more to come here work with work permits. we have to work amongst them.
