Its on my outer part of my feet near the toe
Likely after i switch to new hiking shoe some friction on the area.
Not my actual foot but similar area.

It is your footwear. Your skin rubs against your footwear. Wear socks or change the part of the footwear that rubs against your skin. If your footwear can loosen the front portion, it may help.
