There is a story....many years ago, President Sheares' car and the escorting vehicles passed by a bus stop outside Mindef/CMPB.
Some army boys were at the bus stop waiting for a bus to go home. They saw the President's car, with the State flag in front but did not salute.
The next day, all the army boys were charged.
