suddendly this mad trump spolit their plan n so hv to called ge asapb4 recession n world econmy slump causing high unemployment

Actually PAP harm sinkie with their GST hike first before orange man get to hammer more with his tariffs. So most of the current anger ish still coming from their own GST hike rather than orange man tariff hike.
However also never underestimate the daftness and gullibility of sinkie, the chance of those higher mortals walking away laughing out loud ish still much much higher than opp winning any seats.

Yeah, it’s wild how the timing worked out with GST hikes right after COVID. They must’ve thought they could handle the backlash, but then the whole global economy took a hit, and the situation got a lot worse. Can’t help but feel like they were just waiting for the next big thing (like Trump) to blame when things went south. Classic political move.
