Otters shd never be let roaming around freely. Why govt is still naive to let them freely knowing that it has attacked people on many occasions? End of day claimed it is human faults. Really irresponsible govt.

These people will always come up with so many excuses for the wild animals. Human beings behaviour sometimes cannot be predicted, not to mention wild animals. For those who claim that we have encroached onto spaces belonging to them, I would suggest these people give back their abode to the wild animals!

You meant those private landed properties where otters invaded into attacking koi fishes, and such areas shd goes to the otters? Pls think before you say something.

Just because one ordinary woman is bitten u want to imprison the whole otter population? Who knows what the women did to antagonize the otters. Otters don't go around biting people unless they feel threatened.
