If there's broken bones, should not apply CPR as it may worsen the injury. Can use AED.

No CPR or AED for jumper lah, probably the soul trapped at the higher floors won't come back to the body. Balls likely in the throat so already choked to death.

Tell passer-by to call for ambulance.
Call out the victim, check for responsiveness.
Check the pulse first, no pulse then CPR.
No oxygen to the brain will cause brain damage lah. Which is more serious?
