Myanmar Agencies have the 5 Cheating Habits
Can only blame MOM handled all the Myanmar maids coming in very badly
They are now getting to be WORSTER than before
because 95% of them are just using this route to escape at our expense

Hiya the employer also very "cat" six months change three maids and on that day threatened said want to send her back to agent .....

1) Maids want to lie about their age, then both they and the Myanmar Training Centre should be charged
Most Employers have trouble with maids who are 26 years -old and above due to their Self- Esteem
Neighbours and ex- colleagues said, they are very stubborn even when they do wrong
Why Gan SH never take such action for underage?
Japan can set rules for Myanmar workers . . .but Singapore PAP cannot, means Gan SH should be sacked.

2) Many Training Centers only want to make money
Because they have to pay their Military Govt high TAX
So they are not focus on quality training
MOM not taking action on SG Registered Agencies?

3) Myanmar Agencies always lie that maids have trouble with English
If so, why provide unsuitable resumes to Employers for Interview
and then alot of translation/ giving answers to help the maid pass the interview?
When they start work, those with Good English refused to understand English,
every time lie to say "Don't know"

4) Why Myanmar and SG Agencies collect 8 MONTHS of their loan
to cover their Training as Maids but they are never trained/ so badly trained?
Many Agencies lie to say fresh maids needed 3 to 6 months to be taught by Employer
Altogether 8 mths + 6 mths= 14 MTHS of Training ! #$%&^(&^*

5) Myanmar Training School/ Agency encourage maids to ask/ FORCE Employers to "Transfer out "
1. If elderly is difficult due to medical condition
2. If employer works at home
3. If the 2 children are below 8 years old
4. If the family has many people
5. If the house is too big
MOM really makes life more difficult for some employers.

MOM should issue first time maids with Training Pass. If they are good, then issue Work Permit after 6 mths. I do believe that Employers can also send the maids back to Myanmar.
