Yes, it definitely is not private at all. NCM already said it was some National event where he is used to taking photos with strangers.

Details are necessary, as this is mind-boggling to be invited to a public event that costs 15k
We also need to know if our elect officials at parliament are discerning enough when it comes to any interaction to total strangers, if it was indeed total strangers.
