drawing a Full-time salary working as a part- timer
likely has 10 Ministers, 40 CEC members and 20 Volunteers behind to do all the work
anyway, 80% nothing much to do for Culture
2) Fake Mayor not doing a job of a Mayor
while Town Council GM is actually doing 90%
3) He is a MP for which portfolio? None specific to him

This is standard for Singapore for decades lah. Multiple portfolios but will only draw the salary based on grade.

Only MPs can be directors of companies. For ministers, they need PM's permission before they can hold any directorship which is rare. For this cabinet, I think none.
