The traffic cop was later arrested by the police but not prosecuted. How come tiong police can legally get drunk at duty? Life is so good as a police officer in China. Can anyhow beat up anyone, rape girls, take drugs, steal, get drunk, take bribes and not face punishment but the victims will be punished instead. This is the shithole wumaos love!
