ever been in underground station where
portion of tiles are much darker in color
than the rest?
just in one station alone water absorption
patches can be seen in aplenty part of the
station
and when the time comes with the right
amount of weight across....

The condo get Independent engineer to check. Partly I feel the resident there still worry despite URA, LTA whatever claim is safe after so call " scanning around the buildings nearby. "
