[UPDATE] 8.14am: Downtown Line train services have resumed, and free regular bridging bus services have ceased.
Rail operator SBS Transit said that this is due to a signalling fault. It added that free bridging buses have been activated between the affected Bukit Panjang and Beauty World MRT stations. This is a developing story.
