President Joe Biden has said the U.S. military mission in Afghanistan will end on Aug. 31, arguing that the Afghan people must decide their own future and that he would not consign another generation of Americans to the 20-year war.

America create a mess in another country in the name of democracy and liberation their people from tyranny and all that BS…….

In actual fact they just did all that with false claims and allegations, so that they can sell their weapons and took some of the properties for keep sake.

Eventually leave the mess to the locals to clean up….and best of all America has done that for many years. Yet many still believe in this “democratic country”, who lied, stole from others and causes conflicts for the locals to go against their neighbours or neighbouring countries. So sad!

Despite of the 20 year US occupation, Taliban still controls more than 60% of the country, in the past few days Taliban has taken over 5 cities from the garment forces. Very soon it will control the entire country. It reminds us of the end of Vietnam war when American forces retreated and escaped in helicopters from Saigon’s US embassy rooftop, very embarassjng.

Soviet Union invaded Afghan and pulled out after years of occupation, now we see the same thing happen to the mighty USA...why did it invade the poor country in the first place?Bin Laden was killed long ago, correct? Freedom of invasion and occupation??? Rotfl

Bin Laden was killed during Obama's time which was after the start of the invasion of Afghanistan by USA in 2001.

Officially, the invasion is about Al-Qaeda but I think it was mainly Bush showing Americans that he is taking revenge for the 911 incident.
