Scam Calls: Every month average 5 scam calls.
2 types
1) Unknown number: Even the phone has no SIM card, the call go thru'. Likely because the phone was used before.
2) Known number: You can call back. Some can go thru, some cannot.

Some, you waited a few hours later, you can call back and have a chat with an usually innocent person.

It is not easy to reach an officer to help you, cos you are referred from one section to another. Press 1 for English, Press 2 for kind of transaction, and so forth. At times we will need to wait a good 10 minutes before can get to an officer to help you,....

Why do you want to call the scammer?
I don't call back unless I know the caller or am expecting someone to call.
