For diabetes, not recommended. Most diabetes type 2, will not be able to get a blood glucose reading below 10mmol three hours after a meal with more than 30g carb.

For diabetes, can use a chocolate protein powder that has around 3g carb per scoop added with 125mL of full cream milk.
