It's rare for mrna jabs in this case... but for non mrna it will b splashed in many msm channels downbeating their ineffectiveness...

This means that he has a very weakened immune system. The body is not able to generate enough anti-bodies and T-cell in the first round. Surprising for the family to be infected in the first round. His last dose is in November.
Infected-Vaccinated-Infected. Very strange if it is mRNA within 2 months. Because of the binding to cells.
