Bank going digital have to stress test their system regularly not wait for attacks come n c if security system can withstand attacks... so whats their IT dept doing?

The CEO is the one to blame in a crisis

If she can't manage it well, she is not fit to be the CEO

OCBC didn't warn its customers of this particular phishing attack for 3 weeks!
It's not how fast the scammers are, but rather how slow OCBC is.

Now I see our Bank been " CECA " She Learn well from CECA , DBS , etc all these CECA work inside Banks

Last year, already once where Singtel was hacked of OTP and people in that local bank lost millions.
Now again but never learnt their lessons.
PAP attracted alot of FTs abroad and also, happy to rob more people.
But those fcking hackers cannot differentiate rich G and rich FTs?
Can't they just scam the FTs instead?
