The weather has always been extreme in Melbourne and rest parts of Australia. Last time my garage’s roof top collapsed after a heavy storm, luckily home insurance covered all the repair cost of $30k.

Here is the warning from weather bureau, look at the map, entire Melbourne including Monash University is under red colour.
