Yes. At the onset no one can predict what is going to happen. Only on hindsight and medical experiments and research , can we then know what to do.

Also hard to say, You forget " Accident, Incident " This one is really Is your own fate. You cannot control will happen or not etc.
Whereas come health yes you can control as you mention, good diet, exercise all these help come aging but One thing for sure come accident, incident is something one cannot control. Is Your fate, destiny.
There are also many cases, got healthy people as per normal, do morning exercise , walk every day suddenly one day just RIP.
The last news on this is a local Sportsman if I remember. Already a few case like this.
