Oximeter is important as many people died suddenly without even realising their oxygen level in the body is below normal range and in danger zone. This is caused by lung infection, if the oxygen level is lower than 90, must rush to. A & E already. If you dunt have oximeter you will never know if you are lack of oxygen. Two months ago, a healthy Irish guy dropped dead when he was trying to cross the road in Taipei, he was jogging. The cause of death is lack of oxygen.

oximeter is good to tell u abt the state of ur hymoglobins in the red blood cells

after wearing mask whole day i'm sure the usual amt of oxygen you breathe isnt the same as before.
