More likely those young one just go in. Whereas OLD Staff still shake leg inside. Partly the work throw to those young one do so call " learn "

their 1% adjustment is =>10k=50% yrly pay of ordinary workers
thats why the rich poor gap is getting bigger n larger.

NO LAH CIVIL SERVICE N STAT BOARD ARE MEANT FOR THOSE NO NEED TO THINK ,JUST FOLLOW ORDER BLINDLY EVEN IF IT IS WRONG,LIKE IN ARMY. ,NOT ALLOWED TO THINK
