No need to get excited and scared yourself until face green green lah. The Russians are just doing their "Freedom of Navigation" routine just like the US and UK are doing theirs in the South China Sea.
Strange thing is why is this caused serious concern in Washington when they are doing it all the time in the SCS and causing concerns to others?......
