atm has camera. maybe time implement facial recognition with atm card as 2 fr to fight crime.
on internet access. limiting access of local ip address range only can help a bit as most transactions will be from singapore origin ip range. those traffic range comming from outside singapore will need other arrangements.
if computing power alone is not enough to fight crime. a computing power with human monitor and intervention may be more powerful.
other security possible is to required facial recognition with user holding the 1x code just send to them as verifications of being the real person.
