HK is not really zero covid policies, few mass testing and quarantine.
Anyway cnn comparing HK to who, is still mild compare to Sg situation.

Hope for HK to be locked down and isolated for many years to come, perhaps they can reach covid zero...believe SG at least will gain economically, after opening up and incurring the death tolls
