1. They form a panel of largely PAP members to pass judgement on WP members. This is a conflict of unterests and not a fair process.
2. According to Pitram Singh, they excluded evidence that proved his innocence. On what basis is evidence selectively excluded.
3. Sylvia Lim said her handwritten notes were used as evidence were misinterpreted. Why was she not consulted on the meaning of notes and how can notes be used without clarification as key evidence that holds up the entire conclusion.
4. The recommendation now goes to the AG. The AG who was PM Lee's personal lawyer ....yes I am.also shocked when I heard this.
We the citizens are expected to accept all this lapses and a process filled with interest conflicts to remove representatives elected by the people?
What they are doing is wrong.

Even considering this event alone we see lack of credibility.
But once we look back in history and see their repeated behavior of oppression against the opposition i...the perspective gives us clarity on their nature ..

PAP politicians cannot tell police who to be charged or who not to be charged.
This is wrong because PAP politicians have become the police.
Both RK and PS should be investigated by the police to find out who asked RK to continue the lie.
May be it is someone outside WP or WP or RK ?
The police cannot investigate the case on the basis that PS is the accused and RK is innocent.
This is totally rubbish.

Khan has already resigned as MP, losing her $17,000 allowance
Khan is no longer a member of WP
Khan has been ostracised by her own community
Khan has been condemned by the public at large, both pap and opposition
Fining her $35k should have been enough, for her this money is hell of a lot
Yet PAPppy still go after the leader of WP
NOT only that they drag all the top leaders in

Why you keep hanging around this issue? Many a times when one always being reminded, they deemed are whining.
When a leadership declared proudly to his citizens or rather the world he will spend all his time fixing the opposition, to me he is not a good leader anymore. If this person cannot spend some time to meet the needs and enhance the the quality life of his ppl, he doesn't deserve to his people's Shepherd.
