Martial law in Ukraine will be imposed only in the event of full-scale military aggression by Russia, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Tuesday, February 22.
"As for martial law, it is very simple. This issue is clear to us. We believe that there will be no strong war against Ukraine, and there will be no widespread escalation on the part of the Russian Federation. If there is - martial law will be imposed," Zelensky said. during a joint briefing with Estonian President Alar Karis in Kyiv.
