let's say in a road accident, it appears that the victim is conscious, but feeling giddy after few hours. its could be due to internal bleeding at the point of accident but seriousness start to surface after few hours. how? can call or cannot call?

in a road accident if u listen to moh faithfully not going to hospital to seek treatment u may loose all rights to claim or yr claim is weaken
do nt be a fool.
even insurance co will ask u did u go to hospital immediately not the next dya as complications may not be due to the accident
