actually the plan already written maybe like for 10 years series.
Maybe is during Heng times as Minister for Education start another new 10 years series , he launch few new plan during this terms.
Next come Lawrence Wong, he also carry on launch new plan
now is disgrace Chan, follow up the 10 years series plan
