ton of foreign factories, investment & funds pull out of china, china economy badlyhit for sure, property & stock dive straight down & free fall, whole world hiking rate now only china still cut rate & print $$, why? why no money if economy is still strong?
china central bank also buay tahan now, 0% for property downpayment now, this is sign of property total meltdown. All know most top china developers default bond, debt burst, on the way to bankrupt, dont talk about their stock price, mostly penny now.

Sorry maybe I wasn't clear ...the Chinese property slump is engineered by the govt to create an affordable housing sector.

This will go on until they achieve their goals
China property developers will see no end to the pain so one should not invest in them.

The Chinese govt will just ring fence to make sure it does not spread.
