The Prime Minister of Bulgaria Kirill Petkov stated that his country will continue to provide humanitarian support to Ukraine, but does not plan to send weapons there.
"I must say that at the moment we will not be able to send military aid to Ukraine. That's impossible, "the Associated Press quoted the prime minister as saying.
