50+ years old cannot take so much standing long hours in 12 or 15 years time

And PAP made him and his ex- colleagues go for Career Dumping
Now, must he repeat Career Dumping via Skills Conversion
Because he does not need since he was an Engineer previously

After so long not working in the engineering field he'd have lost touch with it. Given his age, no company will employ him unless he has exceptional skills or contacts. That's the harsh reality.

than Gov tell u go skill future course , this is also MIS LEAD .
These Skillfuture course is aka short course which Civil servants always take for " KPI " purpose.
If one really wanna to switch to another industry and aim to progress THAN a proper ITE/POLY even Degree cert is a MUST and means part time study for few years depend which you take.
People always mistaken come Skillfuture courses , what go just one week of so call programming course wow you can go apply as programmer ?

During Gan KY's time, he anyhow issue EP to FTs
So end up our citizen Engineer lost many jobs
After 12 years, he is now old and cannot take SO job much longer
Will Tan CJ, Siah- Suay or Shoot Blank be responsible?

When the talented and skillfull Singaporean with experience being phase out, always years later they have good excuse to open to FT cos you cant find any qualified person to perform the task .😅
Then Singaporean is the problem not theirs 🤭Tiobo?

Yes, its obvious that tHeir intent is to phase us out so they can use more excuses to import more FTs to displace our jobs. I saw a good point raised that only this way- this scheme can make Employment Pass shine like a star in Singapore.

I think it is PAP's plan to make locals jobless
Because their signed FTAs failed to create enough jobs
For both FTs and Locals

He is not malicious like MP Indranee and not blur like MP Josephine. Not so subjective like MP Shanmugam and not irrational like MP Ong
If for so many years, Govt refused to take action to admit their wrongs due to lack of character, then the old Engineer should stop expecting any remedies.
