I think they have a Beverly serious divide among the mps.
This new pm Sabri chosen cos he has been neutral and makes less enemy in the house.
The house , the party vote against the new pm too if they wanted to.
My guess, trying to get everybody to work as one is extremely difficult.
And even difficult to become a pm.
Or rather puppet pm.
