Any car can drive with 4 pax , why not dine in?
Instead of ensure ppl following the rule ,you keep against the unvaccinated. I see place crowded with abt 20 odds ppl in the nite , where are you enforcing the rule?

Better be safe than sorry.
The present arrangement for 2 paxs, vac or unvac at HC, is fair,practical and conducive.
Big crowds eating and talking in a confined space will surely spill out a lot of unseen viruses.
Those with more than 5 paxs can always sit in groups of 2. There is an option.
