Maybe Biden realised PM Lee lost most of the glitters in Asean region, and US has to reconsider investing heavily in other Asean bigger countries eg Vietnam, Myanmar, Thailand and Malaysia.

After 50 years since Vietnam War, it's time for US to seriously consider investing heavily in Vietnam, and possibly even to relocate 50% of US MNCs and corporations from Singapore to Ho Chi Minh city.
Americans still retain Singapore's strategic location.
